New Year, new me is what most people say at the start of a year but at ST-FOUR, its New Year, new opportunities!
ST-FOUR are continuing to evolve alongside the environments we support. Changing requirements, increasing complexity, and a stronger emphasis on secure access have all influenced how organisations think about their systems and processes. For 2026, ST-FOUR’s focus for is centered on Identity Management, closer collaboration with customers, and providing skills and knowledge in the form of training and user events.
In 2026, we continue to prioritise our engagement with Identity Management (IDM) customers. Security, compliance, and productivity all hinge on getting identity right.
Our work this year will concentrate on strengthening IDM architectures, improving life-cycle automation, and helping organisations simplify complex identity landscapes without sacrificing control. The goal isn’t just better tooling, but clearer identity strategy.
Customer engagement in 2026 will focus on reinforcing existing relationships and improving collaboration through the structures already in place. The emphasis remains on maintaining alignment with customer needs and supporting stable, well-understood environments.
Throughout the year, we will be holding our usual education events for customers to come together, bounce ideas off each other and see what’s coming in future releases of their products.
On top of this, we plan to arrange a ZENworks training event where customers can come to learn about the product, see the full capabilities of the solution or even just a refresher on their skills.
For the Identity Management customers, the IDM User Group is designed as a collaborative space where users can discuss configurations, use cases, and strategies that work…and sometimes don’t, in practice.
